
Ingredents:
1 pizza crust
1 cup of Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce (set 2 tablespoons to the side)
8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz of mozzerella cheese
2 large cans of shredded chicken (Tyson pref)
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 tablespoon of oregano
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 sweet onion sliced
Directions:
Brush pizza crust with 2 tablespoons of your wing sauce combine both cheeses and sprinkle a third of your mixture over the top of your pizza crust.
In a small sauce pan heat chicken, butter, remainder of the wing sauce, butter, oregano, garlic, and 1/2 of onion slices
for about three minutes on med heat or until butter is melted stiring often.
Once your mixture is heated througly spoon over your pizza crust evenly and top with remainder cheese and onion.
Bake your pizza for about 10 - 14 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve with a side of Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping or drizzling over top.
