Artichoke Turkey Pizza:
1 pizza crust (thin is preferred)
1 3/4 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
2 tomatoes finely diced
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup of chiopped cooked turkey
1 jar of arichoke hearts or 14 oz of fresh hearts
1 small can black olives
1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat our oven to 450 degrees F. Mix together tomatoes, garlic, oregano and basil in bowl drain any excess liquid from tomatoes.
Place crust on ungreased baking sheet top with Mozzarella cheese, top with tomatoe mixture, turkey, artichokes, olives, and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
